​Dutch online retailer Bol.com expands with children clothing and maternity wear

Bol.com, the leading webshop in The Netherlands for CDs, DVDs, books and home supplies now offer children's clothing and maternity wear. 80 different brands will be available on the website, including: Tumble ’n Dry, Name it, Levi’s, Gsus, WE Fashion, Noppies, Mamalicious, Esprit and Supermom. 

Bol.com currently offers products from its own range in addition to being a market place for customers and over 9,000 businesses from The Netherlands and Belgium who can also sell their used goods or product ranges through the website. 

With the expansion in children's clothing and maternity wear, bol.com hopes to attract more partners. New business partners for the children's range are Dutch stores Ko&Flo and Bofashion.nl. While Noppies, Miss Etam, Bellyfashion.nl and Esprit offer maternity wear.

By growing its range, bol.com becomes the largest retailer specializing in infant and children's clothing in The Netherlands and Belgium. Bol.com currently has over 100,000 items available in the infant and children's category. Bol.com was established in 1999 and is currently owned by Ahold.
