Abercrombie & Fitch has relaunched its corporate website, featuring a new design aiming to provide more information to investors, partners, consumers and employees about corporate sustainability, diversity and community.

One of the major changes to the site is that Abercrombie has added a social and environmental sustainability section. Key issues it focuses on include labor conditions and human rights, while health issues including education on reproductive rights and children's welfare are also highlighted.

Part of the new website's purpose is to publicize Abercrombie's efforts as it joins other large companies aiming to reduce their carbon footprints. The brand has retrofitted hundreds of light bulbs in its locations, is partnering with industry watchdog the Carbon Disclosure Project to offer transparency about its desire to reduce its energy use and has also announced that it is working on more supply chain traceability.

The website also contains sections on how the company is committed to diversity. In addition to sharing the awards it has won, Abercrombie is using the website to provide statistics on gender and race demographics of the company's employees.

Furthermore, the site spotlights charity partnerships to help inform consumers about the company's goodwill involvements.

Ian Bailey, Head of Communications & PR at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., said the company is committed to being a responsible business leader.

"Our new corporate website better communicates that commitment and gives the public the opportunity to get to know and engage with us in a new and meaningful way," he stated in a release.

Abercrombie's new website is now live.
