Asos expands same-day delivery option

Online shoppers in Leeds and Manchester can now benefit from Asos’ same-day delivery option as the service launches for the first time outside London ahead of Black Friday and the festive season.

The service, called ‘Asos Instant’, is also being reduced in price from its original £12.95 to £9.95. It was first launched in the capital six weeks ago, and is available on orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday.

“We’re excited to be extending the reach of ASOS Instant to Leeds and Manchester following its successful launch in London,” said Matt Rogers, Delivery Solutions and Returns Director, ASOS.

“It is illustrative of our commitment to exploring delivery options that provide convenience and choice for ASOS customers.”

The e-tailer is working with CitySprint to deliver the parcels, with online shoppers in London, Leeds and Manchester now able to select from more than 85,000 products for same-day delivery.

Asos plans to further expand the Instant service to other UK cities in 2018.
