Byblos is once again branching out with its eyewear with a new partner. The Italian ready-to-wear brand for men and women has announced a license agreement with new partner Jet Set Group, a company from the Marche region in the middle of the Peninsula specialised in the eyewear sector.

The company has signed a "multi-annual agreement for the production and global distribution of Byblos eyeglasses and sunglasses for men and women," it stated in a press release.

The designer label, founded in 1973 and owned since 2002 by Italian group Swinger International and led by the Facchini family, launched its first eyewear collection last year with Bergame EG Brands with the goal of strengthening its presence in the world of luxury by diversifying itself.

The new partnership with Jet Set Group will begin with the Spring/Summer 2015 collection, which will be presented at the next Mido Eyewear Show in Milan from 28 February to 2 March 2015.
