Sabine, who started her career in commercial private practice, brings 25 years of senior management experience in international consumer goods to the Coty board. She currently serves as Chief Legal Officer of Anheuser-Busch, and she joined the company in 2008 as Chief Legal, Corporate Affairs Officer, and Company Secretary. Sabine also currently serves on several professional councils and not-for-profit boards.

Chairman Bart Becht said, “I am delighted to welcome Sabine to the Coty Board. Her international experience as a senior leader in the global consumer goods industry will be a valuable addition to the broad range of experience already on our Board.”

The appointment follows the appointment of Sean Foster as Senior Vice President of E-commerce. The 20-year veteran will lead Coty’s e-commerce strategy and oversee all three of Coty’s divisions.

Coty also this month secured a beauty deal with Burberry for its fragrance, skincare and cosmetics business. The UK fashion company joins a number of brands that have license agreements with Coty, including Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, and Calvin Klein
