Denim Premiere Vision attracts 3,803 visitors to Barcelona edition

The recently concluded 18th edition of Denim Premiere Vision in Barcelona has attracted 3,803 visitors from more than 1,930 companies.

The visitors explored the show’s Denim Street to discover new collections and the latest developments for autumn/winter 2017-18, offered by 95 exhibitors.

Denim Premiere Vision has reported 73 per cent high international visitors from 62 different countries this year. Visitors from denim industry, fashion brands, premium denim brands, pure players, large distribution companies and independent stylists came to discover the best in denim, represented by sales professionals, decision makers and creatives.

Euro-Mediterranean countries represented 15 per cent of the visitors, with the largest attendance from Spain, followed by Italy, United Kingdom and Germany. The major part of American buyers visited the show to discover new collections and place orders. Presence of North-Africa was strong, with Tunisia and Morocco as leading countries.

During 2 days, the event connected visitors by offering information and interesting exchanges. Conferences, demonstrations and happenings highlighted the extraordinary skills in the denim industry, the latest technological developments and the present and future challenges for the industry.
