PacSun names new CFO Zohar Ziv

Former Deckers executive Zohar Ziv has been named as the new Chief Financial Officer to lead PacSun out of bankruptcy with lender Golden Gate Capital.

Following a Chapter 11 debt restructuring plan, SF-based Golden Gate Capital appointed Zohar Ziv who will replace Ernie Sibal as its chief financial officer and secretary.

Ziv worked with Deckers Outdoor Corporation as their COO from 2006 to 2015. He has over 25 years of experience as CFO and in executive roles.

Ziv is an operations expert who has extensive international brand building and supply chain experience in the apparel and consumer product goods industries.

He added, “Now, with a strengthened balance sheet, reduced long-term debt and reduced annual occupancy costs, the company is well-positioned to build a stronger future and achieve long-term success.

With Ziv at the helm, PacSun may be positioned for a successful rebound.
