Paula Reed resigns as fashion director at Harvey Nichols

Paula Reed has resigned from her position of fashion director at luxury department store Harvey Nichols. The front row regular came to the position in September 2012 and is one of a group recruits from the publishing world to have made the switch to retail.

The former Grazia style director is looking forward to “new and exciting adventures” though her next move is not yet known. Joesph Wan, chief executive officer, is said to be “saddened” by the news of the departure. Wan, himself, will be retiring at the end of this year after a 22-year tenure as CEO at Harvey Nichols.

Local press has named Stacey Cartwright (ex-Burberry) and Marty Wilkinson (ex-Richemont) as potential successors to Reed.
