Revlon names new SVP of accounting

Revlon has tapped Wendel Kralovich as its new Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Revlon, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Revlon Consumer Products Corporation.

Kralovich's role will replace that of Jamie Sanchez, who was previously serving as Revlon's interim Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Sanchez will now report to Kralovich.

Kralovich was Vice President, Corporate Controller at Beazer Homes U.S.A., Inc. for the past two years. Prior to that, he was at Ralph Lauren Corporation for another two years where he held the role of Vice President, Assistant Corporate Controller. He had also served in accounting for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. for five years.

Kralovich received his MSA in accounting from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Public Accountant began his career in finance with Ernst & Young LLP.

According to the company's SEC filing, Kralovich will receive an annual base salary of $300,000 with target and sign on bonuses totaling $500,000. His appointment is effective immediately.
