Chiara Ferragni gets down to business with a beauty masterclass

Fashion icon Chiara Ferragni is turning her attention to the beauty industry with her latest venture.

The Italian influencer and entrepreneur has announced the launch of 'Beauty Bites,' a beauty masterclass in partnership with Lancôme and Sephora that will be held in Milan in February.

The star, who boasts 15.7 million followers on Instagram, is collaborating with her personal makeup artist Manuele Mameli to offer the four-hour class. Mameli will lead a two-hour demonstration, followed by a session in which attendees will recreate the looks themselves.

The move is the latest big milestone for Ferragni, who was named one of the top influencers of New York Fashion Week in September 2018, after generating $1 million in media impact value with just four social media posts.

The fashion icon married husband Federico Leonardo Lucia (known as the rapper Fedez) this September in an elaborate Sicilian ceremony, and consequently landed the magazine cover of Brides' February/March 2019 edition, where she was photographed wearing her Dior wedding gown. She was also unveiled as a muse for the French beauty giant Lancôme in March.
