Lindex launches on Asos

Swedish clothing brand Lindex has partnered with Asos to expand its presence worldwide and reach new audiences.

A selection of Lindex lingerie and nightwear has launched on the popular fashion platform, joining Asos’ roster of international brands.

The partnership will help Lindex become available in more than 200 countries worldwide, significantly expanding its global reach. Currently, the Gothenburg-based brand has approximately 490 stores in 18 markets, and online shopping in 30 markets.

“We are very customer focused at Lindex. We want to give them an outstanding shopping experience and part of this is, meeting the customer where she wants to be met. We are delighted to expand together with Asos and to reach our followers wherever in the world they may be,” said Henrik Sörstedt, director of customer experience.

The partnership with Asos is part of a new strategy to boost Lindex’s online presence and follows the launch of Lindex lingerie on leading Scandinavian e-tailer Nelly.com.

In the second quarter of the year, online sales increased by 66% at the Swedish company, which hasn’t ruled out launching more categories on Nelly.com in the future.
