Selfridges inks exclusive Happy x Nature distribution deal in Europe

Selfridges has become the only European retailer to stock Kate Hudson’s eco-conscious fashion brand Happy x Nature.

And as part of an agreement with RTW Retailwinds Inc, the British department store will offer the brand to online customers in over 130 countries and regions around the world.

This is a significant expansion for the ready-to-wear fashion brand, which was previously available only in North America.

Established by the Almost Famous actress in Spring 2019, the brand focuses on producing high-quality, affordable fashion while minimising its impact on non-renewable resources. 50% of the collection is made using recycled materials.

“I’m so excited that Happy x Nature is now in Selfridges. We work really hard on bringing the best fabrics and styles to our customers and now we’re in one of the best shops in the world,” said brand founder Kate Hudson.

“Happy x Nature’s sustainability commitments made the brand stand out for us, as we look to collaborate with creative partners who share our ideals for a sustainable future and as part of our ambition that at least 50% of the products we sell are better for people and planet by 2022,” added Sebastian Manes, executive buying director at Selfridges.

The collection will be available to customers in regions including Australia, the Middle East and China via Selfridges.com.
